Green tea becomes bitter when steeped with boiling water. Coffee from a French Press tastes particularly aromatic when prepared with water heated to 90 degrees Celsius.
The temperature control is stepless and easy, operated with a push button on the handle. Five different target temperatures can be pre-set: 40, 70, 80, 90, and 100 degrees Celsius. On the sleek LED display on the housing, you can keep an eye on both the temperature selection and the currently reached water temperature equally well. Crispy spritz cookies can also be easily prepared with the device, thanks to the pastry attachment.
Powered by 2000 watts, the meat grinder can process all kinds of meat, handling 2.5 kilograms per minute. The powerful electric motor has forward and reverse functions, as well as two adjustable speeds. The device includes a two-piece cutting set, consisting of a blade and perforated disc.
