We focus on material-efficient designs and optimized manufacturing processes as early as the development stage. At the same time, we are working on gradually developing our packaging and reducing the use of plastic in selected areas.

Which materials does ADE Home use for its products?
Our products are made from carefully selected materials such as durable ABS plastic, glass, or metal. These materials are particularly robust and designed for long-term use. Depending on the product and material composition, individual components can be recycled. At the same time, we ensure that we continuously develop our materials and designs.
What happens to returns at ADE Home?
Returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. Unused and pristine products can be put back on sale. Should an item have slight packaging damage, it will be repackaged. Our goal is to continue using as many products as possible and to conserve resources.
How does the old appliance take-back scheme work at ADE Home?
When purchasing an electrical or electronic device, you have the legal right to return an old device free of charge. The requirement is that the old device is of the same type as the new one and performs essentially the same functions.
Furthermore, the law provides that you can have your old device taken back free of charge upon delivery of your new device. In distance selling, this applies to electrical and electronic devices in categories 1, 2, and 4 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). You can always see whether free return is possible on the page for the respective device.
It's this simple:
1. Order the old device return service together with your new device.
2. When your new device is delivered, your old device will be taken away free of charge.
For the sake of the environment: Transporting electrical appliances also consumes resources and impacts our environment. Please help us keep this resource consumption as low as possible and only order the free old device return service if you actually need it.

- You can always see whether and under what conditions a free return is legally possible on the page for the respective device.
- If you would like to return an old item that does not fall into one of the aforementioned categories of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, please use one of our appropriate paid take-back services.
In principle, you can also return old devices to any authorized collection or take-back point, for example at your local recycling center. You can find collection points near you at: take-e-back.de
