How do I return an item?
Use the “Create return label” button to create a DHL return label – please have your order number ready. You’ll find the return address here on this page.
Where can I find my order number?
In your order confirmation email. If you have a customer account, you’ll also find it there under “Orders”.
Where can I find the user manual for my product?
On the respective product page in the “Downloads” section and all together on the User manuals page.
My product isn’t working properly – what can I do?
Write to us via the contact form and give us your order number, the model number and a short description of what isn’t working. You’ll find information about your rights on the Warranty page.
I need a spare part – where can I find it?
On our Spare parts page, sorted by device. For weather stations, you can search directly by model number there.
