Materials used in our products

Depending on the product, we use materials such as ABS plastic, glass, stainless steel, and wood or bamboo. The exact materials of a product are listed in the product description and under “Technical data”.

During development, we focus on sturdy construction so that you can use a product for a long time. For some products, we also offer spare parts.

What we have changed about our packaging

• Paper instead of plastic bags and bubble wrap: For selected packaging, we have replaced plastic bags and bubble wrap with paper-based solutions.
• Paper parts instead of plastic trays: In various product areas, molded paper parts hold the product in the packaging instead of plastic trays.
• Smaller product stickers: Product stickers have become smaller; we are gradually switching them to paper.

So far, these changes apply to part of our range. Packaging containing plastic is still in use.

Returns

We inspect returns once they arrive. Unused products in perfect condition go back on sale. If the packaging is slightly damaged, we repack the product.

Returning old devices and batteries

Electrical devices and batteries do not belong in household waste. We explain how and where you can return old devices and batteries free of charge in our disposal information. You can also hand in old devices at municipal collection points such as your local recycling center.
