Where can I find the model number of my kitchen appliance?

The model number is on the rating plate of your device and in the user manual. For ADE kitchen appliances, it starts with KA, KG or BBQ – for example KA1801 for the electric meat grinder.

Are there replacement probes for meat thermometers?

The BBQ1408 probe is the spare part for the BBQ1408 wireless meat thermometer. For the BBQ2501 and BBQ2502 meat thermometers, there is currently no replacement probe in the shop – feel free to write to us via the contact form.
