Warranty
Statutory warranty period of 2 years
All items are, of course, subject to the statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods. For all defects in the items that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims to subsequent performance apply, i.e. to remedy of the defect/replacement delivery, as well as – if the statutory requirements are met – the further claims to price reduction or withdrawal from the contract and, in addition, to damages, including compensation for damage in lieu of performance and reimbursement of your futile expenses.
If you have a complaint within the 2-year statutory warranty period, we are of course always happy to help you.
Information on statutory warranty rights for goods can be found at europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees. If you choose to have a defective product repaired instead of receiving a replacement, the statutory warranty period vis-à-vis the seller is extended once from two to three years in accordance with the statutory provisions. Statutory warranty rights also apply to digital content and digital services.
