The KA2308 all-purpose slicer from ADE is the perfect choice for anyone who values precision, safety, and durability. The robust housing made of cast iron and aluminum ensures maximum stability. The air-cooled, brushless motor runs pleasantly quietly (only 55 dB) and drives the universal blade via a double ball bearing – for exceptionally even cuts.
The 220 mm diameter, profiled stainless steel blade can be continuously adjusted from wafer-thin to 15 mm – ideal for cold cuts, cheese, or ham. An integrated sharpening device ensures lasting sharpness. The plastic control knobs allow for comfortable handling.
A sturdy blade guard, thumb and hand guard, and a food holder provide added safety. Rubberized feet ensure a non-slip grip. The KA2308 combines professional technology with user-friendly features – for precise, delicious slicing.
