The KA1806 food slicer from ADE is the perfect choice for anyone who values precision, safety, and durability. The robust cast iron and aluminum housing ensures maximum stability. The air-cooled, brushless motor runs pleasantly quietly (only 55 dB) and drives the universal blade via double ball bearings – for an exceptionally even cut.
The 220 mm serrated stainless steel blade can be adjusted continuously from wafer-thin to 15 mm – ideal for cold cuts, cheese, or ham. An integrated sharpener ensures lasting sharpness. The aluminum control knobs allow for comfortable handling.
A fixed blade guard, thumb and hand guard, as well as a food holder offer additional safety. The rubberized feet guarantee a non-slip base. The KA1806 combines professional technology with user-friendly features – for precise slicing pleasure.
